What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated candidate who embodies these qualities:

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • A proven history of mentoring, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Expertise in kitchen operations, such as inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to customer service and conflict resolution
  • A goal-driven mindset with the ability to implement policies and meet performance targets
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not required)

Your Role as Kitchen Manager

As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll be a vital part of our leadership team, ensuring operational excellence and delivering memorable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure efficient, seamless service
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to consistently exceed guest expectations
  • Upholding company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Overseeing inventory, controlling food and labor costs, and driving profitability
  • Resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain a high standard of service
  • Partnering with the General Manager to develop strategies for growth and operational improvements
  • Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to cultivate a top-performing team
