What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking an experienced, motivated professional who embodies the following qualities:
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- A proven track record of mentoring, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach to customer service and conflict resolution
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to implement policies and meet performance goals
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not required)
Your Role as Kitchen Manager
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to exceed guest expectations
- Upholding company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Overseeing inventory, controlling food and labor costs, and driving profitability
- Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high service standards
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop strategies for growth and improvement
- Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to build and sustain a strong, high-performing team
