Service Manager Responsibilities (FOH Leadership)

As a Restaurant Service Manager, you will lead all Front of House operations and ensure exceptional guest service standards:

Oversee daily FOH operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Train, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
Drive guest satisfaction, retention, and hospitality excellence
Manage liquor inventory, beverage costs, and compliance
Create engaging guest experiences, promotions, and events
Lead hiring, onboarding, and scheduling for FOH staff
Maintain food safety standards and operational consistency
Provide ongoing performance feedback and leadership development

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of Service Manager / FOH Manager / Restaurant Manager experience
Background in full-service or high-volume restaurant environments
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and operational performance
Knowledge of liquor laws, food safety, and cost controls
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
