Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily BOH operations, including ordering, inventory, and kitchen maintenance.
  • Managing shifts, training staff, and ensuring food and workplace safety.
  • Controlling food and labor costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Hiring, coaching, and developing a strong kitchen team.
  • Reporting and collaborating with the management team to support FOH operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Lead Chef, Head Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or a similar role in restaurants.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Passion for guest service and a love for high-quality, scratch-made food.
