What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in culinary roles (restaurant, catering, hotel, or banquet).
  • Passion: A love for freshly grown, farm-to-table ingredients.
  • Skills: Strong pastry or baking skills are a plus.
  • Certifications: ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.

Your Role

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu creation and execution.
  • Ensure top-notch quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Oversee food preparation for events, special occasions, and daily service.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen that meets health standards.
  • Manage food inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Step in for the Head Chef when needed, upholding high standards.
  • Participate in professional development and educational opportunities.
