What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in culinary roles (restaurant, catering, hotel, or banquet).
- Passion: A love for freshly grown, farm-to-table ingredients.
- Skills: Strong pastry or baking skills are a plus.
- Certifications: ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
Your Role
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu creation and execution.
- Ensure top-notch quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.
- Oversee food preparation for events, special occasions, and daily service.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen that meets health standards.
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Step in for the Head Chef when needed, upholding high standards.
- Participate in professional development and educational opportunities.
