Job Responsibilities:

 As the Assistant General Manager, you will:

• Manage and develop a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, to-go staff, and back-of-house employees to deliver exceptional service
• Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily operations
• Handle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, administrative tasks, and reporting
• Oversee food safety, health standards, inventory, and ordering
• Maintain equipment and facility needs, resolving maintenance issues as needed
• Foster positive guest relationships and handle escalations with professionalism
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant ($3M+ annual sales preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in food safety, inventory management, and administrative operations
• A “servant-hearted” approach to leadership and guest service
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
