Position Overview
The Restaurant Assistant Manager will report directly to the General Manager and play a crucial role in the daily success of the establishment. This position is integral to upholding the high standards of service and guest experience that define the brand. Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all facets of front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff, fostering a positive and knowledgeable team environment.
• Assist in managing inventory, including wine and beverage ordering, and cost control measures.
• Uphold and enforce all standards of service, quality, and cleanliness in a premium setting.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and ensure satisfaction, professionally addressing any concerns.
• Contribute to daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and financial reporting.

• A minimum of one year of management experience in a full-service, premium casual restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and maintain high service standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with both guests and staff.
• A professional demeanor and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
• Highly Desirable: Previous experience or a strong personal knowledge of wine is a significant asset.
