Are you ready to lead in a dynamic, guest-focused environment? We’re seeking Restaurant Managers and Kitchen Managers to join our team in Roanoke, Virginia! Our concept is a full-service, casual dining restaurant featuring a scratch kitchen and a full bar, where quality food, craft cocktails, and exceptional service come together to create memorable experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
Restaurant Managers

  • Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team through training, coaching, and leadership.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance.
  • Maintain a fun, professional, and guest-focused environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and food quality.
Kitchen Managers
  • Oversee back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and safety.
  • Manage a scratch kitchen, including inventory, prep, and execution of recipes.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Proven experience in restaurant or kitchen management (casual-themed, full-service dining preferred).
  • New restaurant opening experience is a plus!
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
