Your Impactful Leadership Role:

As a pivotal leader, you will oversee both our culinary and retail operations, playing a key role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Excellence: Direct daily functions, from expert meat fabrication and precise meal preparation to the engaging wine bar and seamless retail services.
  • Strategic Growth: Drive business success through meticulous budgeting, efficient labor management, and rigorous control of the cost of goods sold (COGS).
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of culinary artistry and outstanding service.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory adherence.

Who We Are Seeking:

Our ideal candidate is a proactive, experienced, and dynamic leader with:

  • Proven Leadership: A minimum of two years in a significant culinary leadership role, such as Chef or Kitchen Manager.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in budgeting, labor cost management, and financial analysis.
  • Culinary Expertise: Essential skills in meat cutting; ServSafe certification is a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional Skills: Outstanding communication, organizational prowess, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Retail Experience: Prior experience in a retail or grocery environment is highly valued.
