  • Inspire, train, and mentor our talented kitchen staff
  • Master ordering, inventory, and uphold impeccable food safety standards
  • Strategically manage costs and optimize schedules
  • Innovate with menu planning and ensure consistent quality checks
  • Lead by example, setting the pace during prep and service

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of proven kitchen leadership (Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager experience preferred)
  • Exceptional skills in scratch cooking and a natural ability to lead a team
  • Demonstrated experience in cost control and inventory management
  • A commitment to the highest standards and a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
