- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations
- Inspire, train, and mentor our talented kitchen staff
- Master ordering, inventory, and uphold impeccable food safety standards
- Strategically manage costs and optimize schedules
- Innovate with menu planning and ensure consistent quality checks
- Lead by example, setting the pace during prep and service
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of proven kitchen leadership (Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager experience preferred)
- Exceptional skills in scratch cooking and a natural ability to lead a team
- Demonstrated experience in cost control and inventory management
- A commitment to the highest standards and a positive, collaborative attitude
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
