Key Responsibilities

• Assume full P&L accountability for a restaurant with annual sales between $6M–$8M, driving revenue and managing costs effectively.

• Lead, coach, and develop a total team of approximately 100 employees, including subordinate managers, supervisors, and culinary leaders.

• Uphold and elevate brand standards, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional and consistent hospitality experience.

• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

• Develop and implement sales-building strategies to increase market share and enhance guest loyalty.

• Oversee all operational functions, including inventory management, vendor relations, staff scheduling, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Required: Current or recent experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale-casual, or chef-driven full-service restaurant.

• Required: Verifiable P&L responsibility for an operation with annual sales of at least $6 million.

• Demonstrated expertise in coaching, team development, and performance management for both salaried and hourly employees.

• A proven track record as a sales builder with a strategic approach to growing business in a competitive landscape.

• Preferred: Experience with new restaurant openings is a significant plus.
