About the Role:

As Kitchen Manager, you will be the heart of our kitchen, driving our culinary team to deliver dishes crafted with care and precision. You will oversee everything from food quality and operational excellence to team performance, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen staff.
  • Uphold the highest standards for food quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage food and labor costs to meet financial targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Chef, Culinary Manager, or Kitchen Manager.
  • A background in polished casual, upscale, or fine dining is preferred.
  • Experience working in a scratch kitchen is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of food cost, labor management, and waste reduction strategies.
  • A stable job history demonstrating proven leadership skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a culinary degree is a plus.
