Location: Front Royal, VA

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Multi-Unit General Manager to lead operations for a unique, high-volume, full-service restaurant venue with a full bar in Front Royal, VA. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned full-service General Manager or a current Multi-Unit Supervisor looking for a complex and rewarding challenge. You will oversee multiple food and beverage outlets under one roof, including a vibrant bar program and a private events program.

Job Summary
The Multi-Unit General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the venue, providing strategic leadership and hands-on management. You will drive performance across all outlets, ensuring consistent service standards, financial health, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and quality across multiple outlets, including a full-service restaurant and bar.
  • Oversee and develop a team of 4–5 subordinate managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting to achieve financial targets.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure the successful execution of private functions and special events.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational and financial results.
  • Foster a positive, guest-focused culture that drives repeat business and team satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Required: 5+ years of progressive management experience in the restaurant industry, specifically within full-service restaurant and bar environments.
  • Required: Proven leadership experience managing a complex, high-volume single venue or multiple units.
  • Required: Exceptional multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with private events and bar operations is highly valued.
  • Preferred: Military leadership and operations experience is a plus but not required.
