Position Overview
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager will take ownership of all Front of House (FOH) operations. We are looking for a leader who understands the dynamics of high-volume service and can bridge the gap between operational efficiency and exceptional guest hospitality.
While experience in Fast Casual or Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is welcomed, candidates with a strong background in Full Service dining are preferred.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily FOH operations to ensure brand standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded.
  • Team Development: assisting in the hiring, training, and retention of a high-performing service team. Conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure clear communication of daily goals.
  • Guest Relations: Act as the face of the brand during shifts, touching tables, handling guest inquiries, and resolving complaints with professionalism.
  • Financial Controls: Assist the General Manager in managing labor costs, liquor/beer/wine costs, and ordering supplies to maintain profitability.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and internal cash-handling procedures.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-3 years of management experience in Full Service, Fast Casual, or QSR environments.
  • Leadership Style: Proven ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team during peak hours.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for coordinating with the GM and staff.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
