We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations to oversee and elevate a portfolio of high-performing fine-dining concepts. This executive position is designed for a polished, detail-oriented hospitality leader with an extensive background in luxury service, deep operational expertise, and a steadfast commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a refined operational mindset and a proven foundation in elite hospitality, demonstrated by:

  • Executive leadership experience overseeing multi-unit fine-dining establishments or prestigious restaurant groups.
  • Mastery of luxury service standards, formal dining protocols, and sophisticated guest engagement strategies.
  • A track record of successfully mentoring General Managers, Executive Chefs, and senior leadership teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial stewardship, including sophisticated F&B cost controls and labor optimization.
  • Articulate communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire at all levels.
  • An unwavering passion for impeccable service and hospitality excellence.
  • The flexibility to navigate a demanding schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities As Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations, you will:

  • Define, implement, and elevate culinary and service standards across the entire portfolio.
  • Lead and develop Operating Partners, General Managers, and culinary leaders to reach their full potential.
  • Ensure absolute consistency in service execution, sommelier-level wine knowledge, and tableside etiquette.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to align seasonal programming, menu innovation, and kitchen efficiency.
  • Oversee premium beverage programs to ensure wine and cocktail offerings exceed fine-dining expectations.
  • Drive robust profitability through disciplined budget oversight, inventory management, and strategic cost control.
  • Facilitate executive-level performance reviews and lead strategic succession planning.
  • Cultivate a culture of professionalism, accountability, and total HR compliance.
  • Ensure catering and private events are executed with fine-dining precision.
  • Provide hands-on leadership during peak periods and new concept transitions.
  • Champion a culture of growth and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Strengthen vendor partnerships to ensure access to the highest-quality, sustainable ingredients.
  • Address operational challenges with strategic vision and innovative problem-solving.
  • Play a pivotal role in brand expansion and new restaurant openings within the Charlotte region.
