We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations to lead and elevate a portfolio of high-performing fine dining concepts. This role is designed for a polished, detail-driven hospitality leader with a strong fine dining background, deep operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will possess a strong fine dining foundation and a refined operational mindset, demonstrated by:

  • Extensive leadership experience in multi-unit fine dining or elevated restaurant groups.
  • A strong command of luxury service standards, formal dining protocols, and guest engagement strategies.
  • Proven success in mentoring General Managers, Executive Chefs, and senior leadership teams.
  • Advanced expertise in financial performance, including food and beverage cost controls and labor optimization.
  • High-level communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire.
  • An unwavering passion for delivering impeccable guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities: As Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations, you will:

  • Set, maintain, and elevate fine dining service and culinary standards across all locations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Operating Partners, General Managers, culinary leaders, and management teams.
  • Ensure consistency in service execution, wine knowledge, tableside etiquette, and guest recovery.
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership to align menu development, kitchen operations, and seasonal programming.
  • Oversee all beverage programs, including wine lists and cocktail offerings, ensuring they meet fine dining expectations.
  • Drive profitability through disciplined cost control, inventory management, and budget oversight.
  • Conduct executive-level performance reviews and guide succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and compliance with all HR policies.
  • Support catering, private dining, and special events with fine dining precision.
  • Provide hands-on leadership during new openings, transitions, and peak service periods.
  • Instill a positive culture of growth, driving your team toward best-in-class service and operational excellence.
  • Forge strong partnerships with local vendors to reinforce our commitment to fresh, sustainable ingredients.
  • Address challenges with a strategic mindset, devising innovative solutions that propel success.
  • Actively engage in community initiatives to enhance our brand’s local presence.
  • Play an instrumental role in new restaurant openings in the Charlotte region, aligning with our company’s growth objectives.
