Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee all back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to uphold excellence in food quality, safety, and service.
  • Implement and maintain cost-management systems to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Develop BOH schedules that align staffing with operational demands.
  • Manage inventory with precision and accountability.
  • Lead staffing efforts, from hiring and onboarding to retaining top culinary talent.
  • Uphold consistent food and service standards to create memorable guest experiences.
  • Apply strong organizational skills and sound judgment to excel in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • A proven track record of training, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • A genuine passion for delivering remarkable guest experiences.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting financial goals related to sales, cost control, and labor management.
