Key Responsibilities
- Oversee BOH Operations: Ensure kitchen efficiency, safety standards, and smooth daily operations.
- Lead and Train Culinary Team: Mentor and foster a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Menu Innovation: Design and implement seasonal menus that celebrate authentic Mexican cuisine.
- Financial Management: Manage inventory, labor costs, and vendor relationships to maintain profitability.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards to ensure every dish exceeds expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Front of House (FOH) management to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Chef in authentic Mexican or similar cuisine.
- High-Volume Expertise: Proven success in operations generating $1.5M+ in annual sales.
