We are seeking a high-energy Fast-Track General Manager (AGM) to join an established and rapidly growing fast-casual brand in the Richmond area. As a Fast-Track General Manager, you will lead a team of 20–25 employees in a high-volume environment generating $1.5M – $2.5M in annual sales. This role is designed for leaders who thrive in fast-paced settings and have experience managing not just dine-in operations, but also robust catering and dine-out revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a staff of 20–25, fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality.
  • Financial Management: Manage P&L, labor costs, and inventory to maximize profitability while driving sales growth.
  • Catering & Sales Growth: Spearhead the vibrant catering and dine-out business segments, ensuring timely execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Brand Standards: Ensure consistency in the delivery of fresh, healthy, chef-crafted meals in a counter-service environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager or high-level Assistant General Manager (AGM) in a fast-casual or limited-service concept.
  • Volume: Demonstrated success managing units with annual sales volumes between $1.5M and $2.5M.
  • Leadership: Experience leading and developing a team of 20–25 staff members.
  • Background: Ideal candidates will have a background in national fast-casual franchises or brands providing counter service.
  • Availability: Willingness to travel out of state for comprehensive training in a certified training store.
