As a Fast-Track General Manager, you will lead a team of 20–25 employees in a high-volume environment generating $1.5M – $2.5M in annual sales. This role is designed for leaders who thrive in fast-paced settings and have experience managing not just dine-in operations, but also robust catering and dine-out revenue streams.
