• Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience and skillset)

• Experience:
  • Tenured General Manager leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with bar operations.
  • Proven success managing operations with $4M+ annual F&B sales.
• Leadership:
  • Ability to oversee a full team of subordinate managers, events specialists, and chefs.
  • Strong track record of building sales, driving profitability, and exceeding guest and employee expectations.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
