General Manager Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will lead all front-of-house operations and partner with culinary leadership to ensure excellence across the restaurant.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in a high-volume upscale setting
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and service team
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence standards
• Manage labor costs, budgets, and full P&L performance
• Maintain brand standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, growth, and performance goals

Qualifications for General Manager
