Key Responsibilities – Assistant Manager

Help oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver consistent results
Support hiring, onboarding, and team development initiatives
Assist with inventory, food safety, and operational compliance
Partner with senior leadership to drive sales, control costs, and maintain brand standards

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
Proven leadership and team-building ability
Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, and operations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
