Your Role as Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting a high-performing team. Responsibilities include:

Supporting daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent service and guest satisfaction
Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to drive performance and culture
Assisting with inventory management, compliance standards, and vendor relationships
Partnering with senior leadership to maintain brand standards and drive business results

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Solid financial awareness including labor control and cost management
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
