Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing General Manager to take on a Managing Partner-level role overseeing an operation with $4M in annual sales. This is a rare opportunity that offers the authority and potential of a partner-level position without requiring a financial buy-in. You will lead all daily operations, drive profitability, and mentor a large team of hospitality professionals. Equity opportunities are available for discussion for the right executive leader.
Responsibilities
- Direct all daily restaurant operations for a high-volume, $4M annual sales concept.
- Manage the full P&L, implementing strict controls on food, beverage, and labor costs to maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of managers and staff to ensure high retention and performance.
- Execute brand standards flawlessly to provide a superior guest experience during every shift.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify specific solutions for revenue growth and efficiency.
- Maintain strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment (managing $3M+ in annual sales).
- Proven track record of improving profitability through strategic P&L management and cost control.
- Strong executive leadership skills with a history of developing successful hospitality teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
