RESTAURANT MANAGER – RICHMOND, VA | Family Dining | Full-Time

Salary: $60,000 | Full Benefits | PTO | Career Track to General Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our family dining team in Richmond. This is more than a management role — it's a clear stepping stone to General Manager for the right candidate. You'll bring operational excellence, a warm leadership style, and a genuine love for hospitality to everything you do.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences every shift
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team
• Drive sales performance, manage labor, and hit key financial targets
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and brand standards with consistency
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Partner with the GM on scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Contribute to hiring, training, and cultivating a culture of hospitality

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (family or casual dining preferred)
• Proven ability to lead a team and build a positive culture
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of P&L, scheduling, and cost controls
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
