Director of Finance & Administration –
What You’ll Do

As the Director of Finance & Administration, you will lead financial operations while actively engaging in the day-to-day accounting processes that drive the business.

Core Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver financial reports for senior leadership
• Analyze profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow to ensure accuracy
• Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and reconciliations
• Review and validate payroll prior to processing
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning
• Ensure compliance with tax reporting and audit requirements
• Work directly with internal accounting staff to improve processes and reporting accuracy
• Identify opportunities to strengthen financial systems, controls, and efficiencies

What We’re Looking For

We’re targeting candidates with strong experience in restaurant finance, accounting leadership, and financial systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or restaurant financial management
• Proven ability to manage financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll review, and reconciliations
• Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing balance sheets and financial statements
• Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant operations preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Required Skills

• Restaurant365 (R365) accounting software experience REQUIRED
• Advanced knowledge of restaurant financial reporting and operations
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
