About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Service & Training Director (Upscale Dining Focus) to shape, refine, and elevate the guest experience across a growing restaurant concept.

This role is designed for a hospitality professional who understands that exceptional service is not accidental—it is built, coached, and executed with intention.

You will partner directly with leadership to define and implement a service philosophy rooted in elevated dining, thoughtful execution, and highly attentive hospitality, while developing the systems and people required to sustain it.

What You’ll Do

Define & Implement Service Standards
Establish a refined, consistent approach to service rooted in anticipation, timing, and genuine guest connection.

Lead Training & Development
Design and execute structured training programs while coaching teams through hands-on, in-service development.

Partner with Operations Leadership
Collaborate closely with General Managers and leadership teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution.

Drive Consistency Across Locations
Evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that elevate the guest experience.

Build a Culture of Hospitality
Instill professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in delivering a truly elevated dining experience.

Who You Are

Background in upscale or elevated dining environments
Experience developing or implementing service programs and training systems
Strong understanding of:
- Wine and beverage service
- Table presence and guest engagement
- Timing and flow of service
A leader who is equally effective on the floor coaching and building systems behind the scenes
Detail-driven, with a natural sense of awareness, anticipation, and execution
Passionate about hospitality as both a craft and a discipline
