Job Summary
We are looking for proven F&B Operations Managers and Assistant General Managers to lead daily front-of-house (FOH) operations. In this role, you will take charge of a high-volume, dynamic environment, ensuring that both the restaurant and entertainment components deliver an unforgettable guest experience. You will use your leadership skills to build high-performing teams, manage complex service periods, and drive profitable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily FOH operations in a high-volume, upscale casual dining and entertainment setting.
  • Lead and mentor a large team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous growth.
  • Oversee comprehensive bar operations and integrate them smoothly with the scratch kitchen service.
  • Drive financial performance by managing labor costs, optimizing operations, and supporting top-line revenue growth.
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively to ensure maximum satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with culinary leaders to maintain strict quality standards and seamless execution during peak dining hours.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
  • Proven experience overseeing comprehensive bar and beverage operations.
  • A strong track record of managing operations with annual sales volumes ranging from $3M to $6M.
  • Deep understanding of high-volume, scratch kitchen dynamics and entertainment venue operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen, including an understanding of scheduling, cost controls, and revenue generation.
