• Lead from the floor during service with strong presence and attention to detail
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and operational controls
• Partner with leadership on sales, performance, and team development
• Ensure consistency in service, cleanliness, and brand standards

Assistant Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager or restaurant leader in upscale or fine dining
• Strong understanding of elevated service standards and guest experience
• Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume, high-expectation environments
• Professional presence with strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with wine, bar, or polished service environments is a plus
• Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and team development

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $66,000 – $75,000 (DOE)
