What You'll Do

As Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations while driving food quality, team development, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily kitchen operations

• Hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members

• Managing food cost, labor cost, inventory, and purchasing

• Building schedules that support operational and labor goals

• Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards

• Ensuring consistent food quality and execution

• Partnering with restaurant leadership to achieve business goals

• Creating a positive culture focused on accountability and teamwork

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, or BOH leadership experience

• High-volume full-service restaurant experience

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Experience managing food cost, labor, scheduling, and inventory

• Passion for culinary excellence and team development

• Proven ability to build, coach, and retain strong teams

• Desire to grow with a successful and expanding organization
