Assistant Manager

$17–$20/hour + overtime (45-hour workweek)

Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager
Coach, develop, and motivate team members
Drive guest satisfaction, food quality, and operational excellence

Shift Manager

$15–$17/hour (40-hour workweek)

Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily operations
Support and coach team members throughout each shift
Deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining high operational standards
Help create an energetic, guest-focused environment

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure successful shift execution
Coach, train, and develop team members
Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety
Monitor labor, productivity, and operational efficiency
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
Create a positive, high-energy culture that motivates and develops employees

Qualifications

Previous restaurant leadership experience in Quick Service, Fast Food, Fast Casual, or Casual Dining
Experience as a Shift Lead, Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Supervisor preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people
Desire to build a long-term career in restaurant management
