Salary: $85,000 base + performance bonus + car allowance

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager/Area Coach to oversee operations across 5 units in Eastern Oregon. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, team development, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of 5 units, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and key performance metrics across all locations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop store managers and teams to achieve operational and cultural goals.
• Implement training programs to enhance employee performance and customer service.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food safety, and quality protocols.
• Build strong community relationships to enhance brand presence in the region.
• Travel regularly between units to provide hands-on leadership and support.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.
• Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and team performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and implement action plans.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Eastern Oregon.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
