Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in event/wedding coordination, with a track record of executing high-end events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you build trust with clients and vendors alike
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while keeping every detail on point
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Job Responsibilities

As an Event Designer, you will:

• Bring each client's dream to life by overseeing all aspects of event planning and management — from concept to flawless execution
• Liaise with top-tier vendors and venues throughout Philadelphia and the tri-state area to ensure every element runs seamlessly
• Collaborate directly with our culinary team to design bespoke, seasonal menus that showcase our farm-to-table concept
• Be on-site to attend and coordinate events, guaranteeing an elevated guest experience and total client satisfaction
• Contribute creative, trend-forward ideas that keep our events unique, memorable, and distinctly high-end
• Act as a brand ambassador for the premiere farm-to-table catering company in the area, delivering white-glove service at every touchpoint
