Corporate Sales Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Maximize revenue across corporate market segments
  • Manage guest room, meeting room, banquet, and audio-visual revenue opportunities
  • Focus on corporate sales, including securing LNRs, group, and meeting business
  • Lead corporate sales efforts through effective communication and contract management
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure meetings and events run smoothly, encouraging repeat business
  • Analyze market conditions and recommend strategies to improve sales potential
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Execute and adjust sales action plans aligned with current market trends
  • Participate in department meetings and other team initiatives
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, market dynamics, and economic factors
  • Represent the hotel professionally in community and industry events


What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Prior hotel or hospitality sales experience preferred
  • Availability to work weekends, some nights, and holidays as needed
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
