Job Qualifications:

  • Active Food Handlers Card required.
  • Previous Experience in High Volume Restaurant Management.
  • Strong Executive Management abilities.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing equal employment, civil rights, OSHA, wage and hour issues, and labor relations.


Job Responsibilities:

As a General Manager, your responsibilities will span across various aspects of the restaurant's operations, including financial, service, and logistical aspects.

  1. Direct management and maintenance of restaurant, dining room, and function rooms.
  2. Effective team leadership and development.
  3. Thorough review and administration of POS and sales.
  4. Supervision and management of floor hosts during dinner service.
  5. Implementation of floor logistics for equitable and smooth operation.
  6. Ensuring readiness of restaurant areas for service.
  7. Maintaining open communication with the corporate management and ownership.
  8. Ensuring compliance with all federal/state/local regulations.
  9. Creating work schedules that adhere to business trends and labor costs.
  10. Leading pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, work assignments, and other pertinent issues.
  11. Assisting in recruitment and training of a well-organized team.
  12. Ensuring all closing duties and processes are completed.
