Job Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

·        Minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance experience in a managerial role

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Proficiency with QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office Suite

·        Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with accuracy

·        Experience in the QSR or restaurant industry is a plus

Job Responsibilities: As the Finance Manager, you will be a crucial part of our Sierra Vista team, ensuring the financial integrity and success of our operations. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·        Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting processes of the company

·        Prepare, Monitor and analyze accounting data, and produce financial reports or statements

·        Perform all Account Payables with accuracy and timeliness

·        Maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting

·        Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures

·        Train and support team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
