Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests receive top-notch service.
  • Oversee food quality standards, ensuring recipes, portioning, and preparation meet company guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a positive team culture through effective training and leadership.
  • Manage operational finances, including labor costs, inventory, and profit goals.
  • Ensure that health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare and maintain required reports, schedules, and documentation.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing FOH team.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in restaurant management (minimum 3 years).
  • Proficient in POS systems, payroll, scheduling, and basic restaurant financials.
  • Ability to lead and manage in a high-energy, service-oriented environment.
  • Certifications in Food Service and Alcohol Service (or ability to obtain).
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
