We are seeking a passionate and strategic Sales and Operations Manager to join our studio team in East Phoenix/Camelback.  This role requires a dynamic leader who is an expert in sales and operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to driving membership growth and studio success.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales and operations leadership role, preferably in beauty, wellness, or a related field.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in executing sales strategies and achieving membership growth.
• Passion for skincare and enhancing customer experiences.
• Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational aspects of the East Phoenix/Camelback studio.
• Drive membership growth and sales by implementing effective strategies.
• Train, mentor, and hold the studio team accountable for achieving sales and membership goals.
• Ensure a high-energy and performance-driven culture within the studio.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations to maintain high standards of efficiency and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with skincare professionals to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Analyze sales and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Execute local marketing and outreach strategies to build brand presence.
• Create a welcoming and inspiring environment for all studio members.
