A premier, high-volume restaurant in Miami is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Lead and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
• Ensure exceptional guest service and a consistent premium experience
• Manage P&L, inventory, labor cost, and budget controls
• Drive team accountability through systems, training, and culture
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

Requirements:

• 5+ years of GM-level experience in upscale or high-volume dining concepts
• Strong leadership presence and ability to coach, develop, and retain talent
• Experience managing $8M+ annual revenue operations
• Proven track record of hitting financial targets and improving guest satisfaction
• Ability to maintain composure and deliver results under pressure
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
