Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Assist in managing operations, including staff supervision, guest relations, and facility maintenance.

· Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

· Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, budget management, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

· Must be at least 21 years old.

· Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality-related role.

· Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.

· Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

· Willingness to travel as required.
