About the Role

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring a high-performing, efficient, and welcoming restaurant. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, motivating staff, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth processes in food preparation, inventory management, and order delivery.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Guest Satisfaction:

Ensure an outstanding customer experience by resolving issues promptly, addressing feedback, and exceeding guest expectations.

  • Financial Management:

  • Quality & Standards:

Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Guarantee that every product meets quality and taste standards.

  • Problem Solving:

Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Leadership Experience:

At least 3 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Proven ability to inspire and lead a team to success.

  • Restaurant Expertise:

Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, food cost management, and scheduling. Strong familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures.

  • Customer Service Skills:

A passion for creating a superior customer experience and addressing guest concerns with professionalism.

  • Business Savvy:

Strong understanding of financial metrics, P&L statements, and budgeting.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities:

A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

  • Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

  • Scheduling Flexibility:

Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
