Are you ready for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a big personality to join our vibrant team. Located just steps away from the heart of Somerville, we're not just a restaurant and bar - we're a hub of entertainment with a team of 60 dedicated full-time and part-time employees, backed by a General manager, Kitchen Manager and an Assistant Manager. Our online ratings speak volumes about our commitment to excellent service and quality food.

As our Restaurant Sales Manager and AGM, you'll be expected to align with our mission statement, maintain a visible presence for employees and guests, and contribute to creating and executing new sales opportunities to boost our revenue.

You'll also play a key role in establishing relationships within the Somerville community, fostering partnerships with local farmers and vendors, and mentoring a team committed to exceptional customer service and guest experience. In addition you will manage our social media presence. We value innovation and initiative in areas like late-night sales, catering, and entertainment.

The ideal candidate will have

• Strong administrative background
• A desire to work in the community
• Function sales experience 
• Strong social media presence
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Effective leadership skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience with common computer applications, Triple Seat, and all social media platforms.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $80,000.00 per year, with sales commission earning potential and full benefits. We also offer a 5-day, 40 to 45 hour work week. We are proud to support a diverse workplace and encourage those living within 10 miles of Somerville to apply.
