Are you ready for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our vibrant team. Located just steps away from the heart of Somerville, we're not just a restaurant and bar - we're a hub of entertainment with a team of 60 dedicated full-time and part-time employees, backed by a Kitchen Manager and an Assistant Manager. As our Restaurant General Manager, you'll be expected to align with our mission statement, maintain a visible presence for employees and guests, and contribute to creating and executing new sales opportunities to boost our revenue.

You'll also play a key role in establishing relationships within the Somerville community, fostering partnerships with local farmers and vendors, and mentoring a team committed to exceptional customer service and guest experiences. We value innovation and initiative in areas like late-night sales, catering, and entertainment.

The ideal candidate will have

• Strong administrative background
• A desire to work in the community
• Function sales experience is a plus
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Effective leadership skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience in pizza and kitchen production is a plus, as well as proficiency in common computer applications and social media.
• Facility maintenance experience is also desirable.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $80,000.00 per year, with bonus earning potential and full benefits. We also offer a 5-day, 45-hour work wek. We are proud to support a diverse workplace and encourage those living within 10 miles of Somerville to apply.
