Position Title: Restaurant General Manager


Job Summary:


As the Restaurant General Manager, you will take full ownership of the restaurant’s operations, overseeing both the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) teams, as well as managing administrative and financial duties. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and outstanding cuisine.


The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to leadership, excelling in team-building and mentoring, while driving profitability through strategic marketing and superior customer service. A strong grasp of profit and loss (P&L) management and the ability to analyze financial trends is essential. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing financial performance, and driving positive guest growth.
