Job Qualifications:

• Must possess 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated passion for developing and mentoring team members.
• Proven track record of achieving financial results.
• Open availability for scheduling flexibility.

Job Responsibilities:

• As a Restaurant Manager, you will set the service standards and oversee every detail of the guest experience from start to finish.
• Positively coach and counsel staff to achieve the highest quality of service in all areas of the restaurant.
• Exercise skill in selecting, scheduling, training, developing, mentoring, and managing team members.
• Over 50% of your time will be dedicated to performing managerial duties, using independent judgment and discretion on matters within the restaurant environment.
