Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in two or more areas: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.
• Basic skills in remaining areas: pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry, kitchen equipment, vehicles, etc.
• Previous experience in hotel/motel, high-rise building, or construction preferred
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Computer literacy
• Strong guest and team member relations skills
• CPR and First Aid certified

Job Responsibilities:

As a Resort Engineer in Sedona, you will:

• Respond to guest room repair requests promptly
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment
• Maintain a clean working environment post-repair
• Use the Lockout/Tagout system during maintenance work
• Perform troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Manage shop areas, spare parts, and inventories
• Communicate with the engineering supervisor on assigned projects
• Adhere to quality expectations and safety standards
• Foster positive relationships with team members and guests
