Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager


Compensation: $72k plus annual bonus ($10k)


Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for maintaining quality restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the success of the restaurant while acting as a role model and displaying professional conduct towards customers and staff. The Restaurant General Manager oversees upgrading operations and maintaining quality products and service according to company standards and policies, including overseeing P&L. Our Restaurant General Manager will also play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting outstanding team members, as well as their retention.

Qualifications

· High volume experience of 3+ years as a Restaurant General Manager is necessary for this position

· A sincere desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant General Manager must possess

· The Restaurant General Manager must have a proven track record in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial results

· The Restaurant General Manager must live by a guest-oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things

· The Restaurant General Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
