Title of Position: Restaurant Franchise Business Advisor

Compensation: $100k to $130k plus quarterly bonus, $500 monthly stipend & gas card, business computer & business phone.

Job Description: The person in this position will conduct reviews of the Franchise Partner for financial stability of the location periodically. The Restaurant Franchise Business Advisor will be responsible for maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and controlling the training processes are upheld. This is a stimulating job where you act as a role model, take full operational responsibility for your specific product lines and the credit for a job well done. The Restaurant Franchise Business Advisor must have. The Restaurant Franchise Business Advisor must collaborate with Franchise Partners to develop initiatives in marketing for stores. The Restaurant Franchise Business Advisor will improve areas of food cost, OSAT, and labor. Guiding managers and shift leaders towards proper certifications is a requirement of the Restaurant Franchise Business Advisor. The Restaurant Franchise Business Advisor will oversee leading new product launch and program training.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant Franchise Business Advisor must multi-unit management experience of at least three years

· The Restaurant Franchise Business Advisor must be able to conduct unit staffing, formulation and review of schedules, analyze performance of partners

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present comprehensive reports, interpersonal and negotiation skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail is a must for the Restaurant Franchise Business Advisor

· The Restaurant Franchise Business Advisor must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
