The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our new Salem location. As the GM, you’ll oversee all operations, inspire our team, and create memorable guest experiences. This is a unique opportunity to build a team from the ground up and shape the culture of a brand-new restaurant with the support of our dedicated ownership group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance.
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere for guests and staff.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Build strong community connections to establish our restaurant as a local favorite.
  • Collaborate with ownership to execute our vision and uphold our values.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in a family or casual dining setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong financial acumen (P&L management, budgeting, cost control).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for creating a positive, inclusive workplace and guest experience.
  • Knowledge of Oregon food safety regulations and liquor laws (OLCC certification a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the needs of a new store.
  • Local candidates preferred; familiarity with the Salem community is a bonus.
