As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring a high-performing, efficient, and welcoming restaurant. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, motivating staff, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial goals. Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety regulations
• A passion for creating a superior customer experience
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and budgeting
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth processes in food preparation, inventory management, and order delivery
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience by promptly resolving issues and addressing feedback
• Monitor and achieve financial performance goals
• Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Identify and address operational challenges to drive continuous improvement
