As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring a high-performing, efficient, and welcoming restaurant. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, motivating staff, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial goals. Job Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety regulations
- A passion for creating a superior customer experience
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and budgeting
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth processes in food preparation, inventory management, and order delivery
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience by promptly resolving issues and addressing feedback
- Monitor and achieve financial performance goals
- Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Identify and address operational challenges to drive continuous improvement
